Is there a probationary period?

Yes, all full-time staff are required to serve a six-month probationary period as standard. As the probationary period comes to an end, we will request a full performance evaluation before the staff member transitions to permanent full-time.

Rest assured, we will be working closely with you and the staff member through the initial months.
